Who you’ll be working with
Plan and Do HQ is led by Lou Barkle, Director and Strategist.
Lou leads the strategy, works directly with clients to understand what’s really going on in their business, and helps map out what actually needs to change.
She’s supported by her sister, Emma Ellis, who focuses on implementation — making sure the right things get put in place and actually work day-to-day.
And Shammah Sampton, who supports across the detail — keeping things moving, following through, and making sure nothing gets missed.
Together, we work across strategy, implementation, and execution — so things don’t just get planned, they get done.
